中国金属学会、冶金部钒钛钢领导小组和四川省金属学会联合主持召开的首届全国钒钛钢学术会议于一九八三年六月二十四日至六月二十九日在成都举行。 参加会议的代表来自冶金部、机械部、石油部、化工部、交通部、水利电力部和高教部等八十七个单位,共一百四十人。 中国金属学会原拟定在1982年召开的钛钢学术会议在这次会议当中一并进行。
The First National Symposium on Vanadium and Titanium Steel, co-sponsored by the China Metallurgical Society, the Leading Group of Vanadium and Titanium Steel of the Ministry of Metallurgy and the Sichuan Metals Society, was held in Chengdu from June 24 to June 29, 1983. Delegates to the conference came from 87 units including the Ministry of Metallurgy, Machinery, Petroleum, Chemical Industry, Ministry of Communications, Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power, and Higher Education Ministry, for a total of 140 people. The Metals Association of China originally planned to hold a titanium steel conference in 1982 to be held in this meeting.
