应用吻合血管的真皮脂肪瓣移植治疗半侧颜面萎缩症,国内外报告不多。自1980年以来作者采用此法修复各种原因所致半侧颜面凹陷畸形共8例,现报道于下。临床资料8例中,男女各4例,年龄15～40岁。修复方法除1例带有部分表皮外,余为真皮脂肪瓣。供区:下腹及前臂各4例。详见附表。手术方法和操作步骤1、术前设计:先用Doppler超声血流检测仪检测出腹壁浅动脉和旋髂浅动脉或前臂桡动脉的行经,再根据需要填充的组织瓣大小、形态、厚薄设计以动脉为蒂的真皮脂肪。如畸形较重,需要填充的组织较厚,可选用腹壁浅动脉为蒂,采用下腹部真皮脂肪瓣;如畸形较轻,需要填充的组织较薄,可选用桡动脉为蒂,采取前臂真皮脂肪瓣。若为女性患者,可选用旋髂浅动脉为蒂,采取腹股沟外侧真皮
