本文是在章竹君付教授《水体中痕量铅的离子交换——环炉测定》一文的基础上加以改进的.原文用玫瑰红酸钠(玫琮酸钠)为显色剂,酒石酸-酒石酸氢钠为缓冲溶液,制得的标准系列,其低含铅量(0.1微克,0.2微克)稳定时间短,经改进,现以间苯二酚存在下的玫瑰红酸钠为显色剂,邻苯二甲酸氢钾-盐酸为缓冲溶液,制得的标准系列,当含铅量为0.1微克时,能稳定两小时以上,便于比色.
