纤维结肠镜检查术中,肠道的清洁度直接决定其检查术的成败。笔者根据临床实际情况,对“电解质液法”作了充实。近几年来,应用新‘电解质液法’对232例患者(其中息肉高频电切52例),进行了纤维结肠镜检查术术前清洁肠道,取得了满意效果,报道如下: 药物制备一、处方:氯化钠18.42g 碳酸氢钠8.82氯化钾2.25g 番泻叶9g 二、制法:将前三种药研细,混匀,即得;番泻叶另包。三、用法:行检查术前晚,番泻叶用开水500ml冲泡,约15分钟后,当茶饮;于检查术前5小时,将依上方配制的药,加温开水约3000ml,溶后使均匀,在1～2小时内饮完。
