成品资金居高不下，是制约当前国民经济步入良性循环的重要因素。造成这一状况的原因较多，其中既有市场因素又有生产因素。我们最近以向企业厂长（经理）进行问卷调查的形式，试图撇开市场问题（因为市场受宏观因素制约较大），从生产供应的角度来探讨产品难于转化为商品的原因。
The high cost of finished products is an important factor restricting the current national economy from entering a virtuous circle. There are many reasons for this, including both market and production factors. Recently, we conducted a questionnaire survey to managers (managers) of enterprises to try to open up market issues (because the market is constrained by macro factors), and from the perspective of production and supply, explore the reasons why products are difficult to be converted into commodities.
