《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》明确指出:“评价不仅要关注学生的学业成绩,而且要发现和发展学生各方面的潜能.了解学生发展中的需求,帮助学生认识自我,建立自信”。义务教育《体育与健康课程标准》(2011年版)也提出重视每一位学生的全面发展,强调体育与健康学习评价是促进发展的评价.而不是选择式的评价。然而在实践操作中发现,即便认识到学生间存在着差异.也很难做到真正的面向全体。因为一刀切的评价方式忽略了学习
