采用无压熔渗法制备Si/Al复合材料,研究了Si颗粒氧化对该复合材料Si相形貌的影响,测试了Si/Al复合材料的热导率、热膨胀系数及抗弯强度。结果表明:所制备的Si/Al复合材料中Si相转变为颗粒状。氧化层SiO_2能起到阻碍Al液对Si相的溶解作用,Si颗粒在1000℃保温8 h后,溶解现象基本消失。Si颗粒氧化后,Si/Al复合材料的热导率、热膨胀系数和抗弯强度均上升。
Si / Al composites were prepared by pressureless infiltration method. The effect of Si particles oxidation on the morphology of Si phase was investigated. The thermal conductivity, thermal expansion coefficient and flexural strength of Si / Al composites were tested. The results show that the Si phase in the prepared Si / Al composites turns into granular. The oxide layer SiO_2 can prevent Al liquid from dissolving the Si phase. After the Si particles are incubated at 1000 ℃ for 8 h, the dissolution phenomenon basically disappears. After the Si particles are oxidized, the thermal conductivity, thermal expansion coefficient and flexural strength of Si / Al composites all increase.
