微量铁的比色测定方法是很多的。但铁硫氰络合物比色法是最常用的一种。我们日常化验所沿用的也正是这个方法。但分析手续繁杂、费时。这次我们进行了如下的技术改进: (1)用HNO_3溶样时,过去需煮沸1.5小时,而加入H_2O_2后又要煮沸1.5—2.0小时,现在改为煮沸5分钟,而加入H_2O_2后煮沸并蒸干一共只需30分钟。 (2)省去过去样品溶解后,过滤、洗涤于滤液中用H_2SO_4沉淀分离Pb~(++)的步骤,共同时省去了在分离Pb~(++)后的滤液中加入铝明矾用氨水二次沉淀Fe~(+++) 的
Trace iron colorimetric determination methods are many. However, iron thiocyanate complex colorimetric method is the most commonly used one. This is the method we use for routine laboratory tests. However, the analysis procedures are complicated and time-consuming.
