本文主要叙述了等离子体喷涂Ni-Al和Fe-Al混合物涂层组分对阴极电位的影响。(一)选择了较为合理的喷涂工艺参数;射流功率为18—22KW;气体(Ar)流量55升/分;喷涂距离150毫米。(二)确定了涂层配方,在Ni-Al和Fe-Al的混合涂层中,铝含量在10—30%(重量)较为合宜。(三)测定了涂层的性能如下:气孔率15—40%;抗折强度340—1750公斤/厘米~2;
This paper describes the plasma-sprayed Ni-Al and Fe-Al mixture on the cathode potential of the coating composition.
