本文首次系统报导了新疆吐鲁番市城、乡居民的健康状况。当地居民有维、汉、回及其它各民族。调查结果提示:全市粗死亡率为6.74‰,婴儿死亡率为38.54‰。平均预期寿命为66.14岁,说明了该市的城、乡居民健康状况要比一般发展中国家的情况为好。本文还对该市居民的死因作了顺位分析,并在此基础上提出了今后防治工作中的重点问题。
This article reports for the first time on the health status of urban and rural residents in Turpan, Xinjiang. Local residents include Uygur, Han, Hui and other ethnic groups. The survey results suggest that the city’s crude death rate was 6.74 ‰ and infant mortality was 38.54 ‰. The average life expectancy is 66.14 years, which shows that the health status of urban and rural residents in the city is better than that of the average developing country. This article also made a ranking analysis of the cause of death of residents of the city, and on this basis put forward the key issues in future prevention and control work.
