在主泵激励下,反应堆一回路辅助系统管道存在振动过大问题,而振动传递到安装基础会带来严重的安全隐患。为解决该问题,需要开展辅助系统管道振动控制研究。首先建立辅助系统管道的有限元模型,使用优化算法对管道吊架的位置进行优化,然后采用试验方法,对优化前后吊架固定端的振动进行讨论分析,在此基础上,通过加装动力减振器(DVA)的方式进一步降低通过吊架传递到基础上的振动,最终得到管道振动控制优化方案,为后续的减振优化设计提供借鉴。
Under the excitation of the main pump, the piping of the auxiliary system of the primary reactor of the reactor has the problem of excessive vibration, and the vibration is transmitted to the installation foundation, which may bring serious safety hazard. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to carry out the research of auxiliary system pipeline vibration control. Firstly, the finite element model of the auxiliary system pipeline is established, and the optimization algorithm is used to optimize the position of the pipe hanger. Then the vibration of the fixed end of the hanger before and after the optimization is discussed and analyzed by the test method. Based on this, (DVA) approach to further reduce the transmission through the hanger to the foundation of the vibration, and ultimately get the pipeline vibration control optimization program for the follow-up to optimize the design of vibration damping reference.
