本文主要针对Al/SiC复合材料制备的真空压力浸渍工艺和装备,研究了这类工艺和装备的工艺周期和生产能耗。研究发现,通过合理的工艺改善和设备优化不仅能大大缩工艺生产周期,而且还能大大降低生产能耗。
This paper mainly focuses on the vacuum pressure impregnation process and equipment for preparing Al / SiC composites, and studies the process cycle and production energy consumption of these processes and equipments. The study found that not only can process cycles be significantly reduced through reasonable process improvements and equipment optimizations, but also the production energy consumption can be greatly reduced.
