本文介绍了自行研制的压铸工艺参数测试仪的功能、组成及工作原理。由于采用计算机技术和数显技术,提高了压铸工艺参数测试的技术水平。通过对于使用这种测试仪测得数据所进行的分析,证明它可以取代常规仪表测试压铸工艺参数。
This paper introduces the self-developed die-casting process parameters tester function, composition and working principle. As a result of computer technology and digital display technology, improve the die-casting process parameters test technology. The analysis of the data measured with this tester proves that it can be used as a test tool for measuring die-casting process parameters.
