辅导员是学生思想政治工作第一线的组织者和教育者,随着高等教育的改革,高校新生人数不断增加,高职学校学生入学成绩不断降低,学生综合素质下降。高职院校大学生的教育管理出现了新的特点,这对高校辅导员工作提出了新的要求,本文从自身定位、更新观念、创新高校辅导员工作方法、班级建设、加强对学生择业就业观的塑造等方面探讨了怎样做好高职院校辅导员工作。
