目的：实验室观察杀飞克10％可湿性粉剂、拜虫杀12．5％悬浮剂对家蝇的速效和持效。方法：采用强迫接触法。结果：在玻璃板面，杀飞克对试蝇的KT50为4分54秒，拜虫杀为6分16秒，前者优于后者；在石灰板和木质板面，杀飞克对试蝇的KT50分别为9分25秒、9分17秒，拜虫杀分别为7分52秒、8分59秒，后者优于前者；24小时死亡率均为100％。结论：两种药剂在3种模拟载体表面对试蝇均有良好的击倒作用和杀灭效果，持效期半年以上。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the quick and effective effect of killing fly grams 10% wettable powder and killing 12.5% suspending agent on housefly in laboratory. Methods: Forced contact method. Results: On the glass surface, KT50 of KFC was 4 minutes and 54 seconds for KT flies and 6 minutes and 16 seconds for Killer kill, the former was better than the latter; kill fly flies against test flies on lime and wood boards KT50 were 9 minutes and 25 seconds, 9 minutes and 17 seconds, killing insects were 7 minutes and 52 seconds, 8 minutes and 59 seconds, the latter is better than the former; 24-hour mortality rates were 100%. Conclusion: The two agents have good knock-down effect and killing effect on the test flies on the three kinds of simulated carrier surfaces, and the persistence period is over six months.
