本文报道了用高效液相层析法分离、测定滨蒿中三种主要利胆成分(绿原酸、对羟基苯乙酮和6,7-二甲氧基香豆素)。固定相为Zorbax ODS(7μm),流动相A和B分别为2%冰醋酸水溶液和甲醇溶液。层析过程为:85%A+15%B洗脱15 min,然后在5 min内改变至60%A+40%B,再洗脱15 min。使用紫外检测器(274 nm)。外标法定量,结果由数据处理机计算。测定了滨蒿样品不同生长期和不同部位中三种利胆成分的含量。
This paper reports the separation and determination of three major gallbladder components (chlorogenic acid, p-hydroxyacetophenone and 6,7-dimethoxycoumarin) in Artemisia halodendron by high performance liquid chromatography. The stationary phase was Zorbax ODS (7 μm) and the mobile phases A and B were 2% aqueous glacial acetic acid and methanol solutions, respectively. The chromatographic process was: 85% A+15% B elution for 15 min, then change to 60% A+40% B in 5 min, and elute for 15 min. Use a UV detector (274 nm). The external standard method quantifies and the result is calculated by the data processor. The content of three kinds of gallbladder components in the different growth stages and different parts of the Artemisia sphaerocephala samples was determined.
