按照建设信息化军队、打赢信息化战争的战略目标,加紧培养大批高素质新型军事人才,是党的十七大对我军建设提出的新要求,也是院校建设的一项长期而又紧迫的任务。随着我军转型建设和军事斗争准备的步伐不断加快,作战理论、武器装备、军事技术、部队编成都产生了新的变化。院校教育必须适应这一形势,与时俱进,不断深化教学内容改革,优化课程体系,提高军队院校人才培养质量,为军队有效履行新世纪、新阶段使命任务提供人才保障。
