我国海关法制自1987年《海关法》颁布实施以来已实现历史性跨越,从过去几近空白发展到体系相对完整、结构较为合理的海关法律制度,我国海关法研究也渐渐呈现出一条发展脉络。文章对我国海关法研究的基本状况予以了探索,就海关法基础理论问题研究和海关法制问题研究的部分著作和文章观点予以梳理,并认为海关法学科体系正在确立,海关法研究广度和深度展现了海关学人已做出的不倦努力和取得的显著成绩。同时文章也提出海关法的进一步深入研究需要更多高水平的研究成果支撑,期待更广阔和更有价值的探索来丰富,需要更多新生研究力量的加入,去寻求海关法研究的独特进路并实现海关法独立研究的价值。
Since China Customs Law was promulgated and implemented in 1987, it has achieved historic leaps and bounds. From the development of past blank development to the relatively complete system and relatively rational structure of customs law system, the study of China’s customs law gradually shows a development context. This article explores the basic situation of China’s customs law research, combs some works and articles of the study on the basic theoretical issues of Customs Law and the legal system of Customs, and holds that the disciplinary system of Customs Law is being established, and the research scope and depth of Customs Law are demonstrated The tireless efforts customs officers have made and achieved remarkable results. At the same time, the article also points out that the further study of customs law needs more high-level research results. Looking forward to a wider and more valuable exploration to enrich, more freshmen need to join forces to seek the unique approach to customs law research And realize the value of the independent study of Customs Law.
