目的:探讨精子蛋白17(sperm pro-tein17,Sp17)在各类卵巢恶性肿瘤中的表达谱,并分析其意义。方法:用免疫组化技术检测65例卵巢恶性肿瘤组织标本Sp17的表达。结果:41例原发上皮性卵巢癌组织切片,18例不同程度地显示Sp17的异常表达,阳性率为43·9%;免疫细胞化学染色还在卵巢癌患者腹水中发现Sp17阳性癌细胞。7例卵巢原发的非上皮性恶性肿瘤和17例卵巢转移癌组织切片(原发癌来源于胃、结肠、输卵管、胆囊和肺等器官),免疫组化染色均未检出Sp17。结论:Sp17在原发上皮性卵巢癌中常见蛋白质水平的异常表达,在其他卵巢恶性肿瘤中未见表达,有可能作为上皮性卵巢癌新的诊断标志和免疫治疗靶标。
Objective: To investigate the expression profile of sperm pro-tein 17 (Sp17) in various malignant ovarian tumors and to analyze its significance. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Sp17 in 65 cases of ovarian cancer tissue samples. Results: 41 cases of primary epithelial ovarian cancer tissue sections, 18 cases of abnormal expression of Sp17 to varying degrees, the positive rate was 43.9%; immunocytochemical staining also found in patients with ovarian cancer ascites Sp17 positive cancer cells. 7 cases of primary non-epithelial ovarian cancer and 17 cases of ovarian metastasis (primary cancer originated from the stomach, colon, fallopian tube, gallbladder and lung and other organs) were not detected by immunohistochemical staining Sp17. Conclusion: The abnormal expression of Sp17 protein in primary epithelial ovarian cancer is not observed in other malignant ovarian tumors, which may serve as a new diagnostic marker and immunotherapy target for epithelial ovarian cancer.
