被诺氏疟原虫的滋养体和裂殖体感染的红细胞可为免疫猴的血清所凝集,因此,可在感染红细胞表面检出不同种的特异性原虫抗原。常用的为Brown等(1965)的裂殖体感
Erythrocytes infected with trophozoites and schizonts of P. nidulans can be aggregated with sera from immunized monkeys and thus different species of specific protozoal antigens can be detected on the surface of infected erythrocytes. Commonly used for Brown et al (1965) schizonts sense
