介绍了催化裂化主分馏塔技术,其特点在于综合了高效导流浮阀塔盘、TFDJ塔盘、LVG塔盘三者的优点, 根据催化裂化主分馏塔各段不同的汽液负荷及结盐、结焦情况,采用不同的塔盘。采用该技术后结盐、结焦堵塞塔 盘的状况基本消除,液化石油气收率提高了2.39个百分点,在汽油回炼量增加20t/h的情况下,该装置的处理能力 仍能由原来的1.06Mt/a提升到1.16Mt/a,且产品质量良好。
This paper introduces the technology of the main FCCU fractionation tower, which is characterized by the merits of the high conductivity diversion valve tray, the TFDJ tray and the LVG tray.
