全球化文化的快速侵入,使得中国艺术越来越转向“与国际接轨”的文化态度,尤其是伴着美国文化成长起来的青年一代,更是自然而然地传达出当前的“国际语境”。这一代青年艺术家面临的艺术格局已经不再是20世纪初叶被动地“传进来”时期,也不再是20世纪80年代迫切地“走出去”的历史使命,而是开始扮演着在本土情境与国际语境交互中寻找中国当代文化的问题角色。正因如此,“国际语境”成为我们了解和探讨中国这一代青年艺术现象的前提和背景,更是当代艺术发生的必然场域。
The rapid invasion of a globalized culture has made Chinese art more and more turned to the cultural attitude of “keeping pace with international standards.” Especially the younger generation that has grown up with American culture has naturally conveyed the current “international context ”. The art scene faced by this generation of young artists is no longer the passive passport in the early 20th century, nor is it the historical mission of urgently going out of the country in the 1980s, Looking for the Role of Contemporary Chinese Culture in the Interaction between Local Contexts and International Contexts. It is precisely for this reason that “the international context” has become the prerequisite and background for us to understand and explore the phenomenon of young Chinese art of this generation in our country. It is also the inevitable field where contemporary art takes place.
