多年来的工作实践告诉我们,做好新闻宣传工作,必须在以下五个方面下功夫:(一)搞好主题宣传,用目标鼓舞人心。党的十六大的主题是:高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜,全面贯彻“三个代表”重要思想,继往开来,与时俱进,全面建设小康社会,加快推进社会主义现代化,为开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面而奋斗。这一主题当然也是当前新闻宣传工作的主题。学习宣传贯彻十六大精神,是中央交给我们的一项重大政治任务,是当前和今后一个时期宣传思想战线首要的政治任务。我们要结合各地实际,开展各种主题新闻宣传活动,在把握灵魂、把握精髓上下功夫,在广度
