企业文化热,正在大企业、富企业、强企业日益升温,使这些强势企业变得更加强悍有力。对比之下,在相当多的小企业、穷企业、弱企业,却有些冷冷清清,致使这些弱势企业的生存与发展,显得愈加艰难。更值得注意的是,时下有种颇为盛行的观点,认为“维持生存是弱势企业第一号工程,建设企业文化对它们而言简直是天方夜谭。”看来,对于弱势企业与文化启动的关系问题,很有探讨的必要。
Corporate culture is warming up in large companies, rich companies, and strong companies, making these powerful companies more powerful.
