目的:观察绿脓杆菌繁殖体和纤细状菌在水中的生存过程,以证实绿脓杆菌纤细状菌在自然界的普遍存在性及其生理意义。方法:将绿脓杆菌纤细状菌和繁殖体接种于无营养成分的生理盐水和蒸馏水中,置于37℃和28℃,动态观察其形态变化过程及存活情况。结果:在水中,绿脓杆菌能出现纤细状形态和短小状形态的交替,交替过程中大部分细菌死亡,少量细菌发生潜-生序性变化得以存活。结论:绿脓杆菌纤细状菌和繁殖体在水中的变化过程具有确定的非周期性(Definitenonperiodity),其生存过程呈一类似衰减的阻尼振荡过程。
Objective: To observe the survival process of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Microflora in water to confirm the ubiquity and physiological significance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in nature. Methods: The Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria and propagules were inoculated into normal saline and distilled water without nutrient solution, and the morphological changes and survival of the cells were observed at 37 ℃ and 28 ℃. Results: In water, Pseudomonas aeruginosa could produce the alternation of slender form and short form, most of the bacteria died in the process of alternation, and a small amount of bacteria could survive. CONCLUSION: The variation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa spermatophore and its propagules in water has a definite aperiodic (Definitenonperiodity), and its survival process shows a damping-like oscillation process.
