目的:建立金银花大孔树脂提取物的HPLC指纹图谱,为金银花大孔树脂提取物的质量控制提供依据。方法:用HPLC方法建立金银花大孔树脂提取物的指纹图谱,Kromasil C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)流动相为:0.4%磷酸-甲醇线性梯度洗脱,检测波长为238 nm。结果:确定了金银花大孔树脂提取物的14批指纹图谱共有模式,进行了相似度比较。结论:方法简便快捷,为金银花大孔树脂提取物的质量控制提供依据。
Objective: To establish a HPLC fingerprint of honeysuckle macroporous resin extracts and provide basis for quality control of honeysuckle macroporous resin extracts. METHODS: The fingerprint of honeysuckle macroporous resin extracts was established by HPLC. The mobile phase of Kromasil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was eluted with a linear gradient of 0.4% phosphoric acid-methanol at a detection wavelength of 238 nm. . RESULTS: A total of 14 batch fingerprint patterns of honeysuckle macroporous resin extracts were determined and the similarities were compared. Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid, providing the basis for the quality control of honeysuckle macroporous resin extracts.
