企业文化作为西方新的管理理论,80年代以来伴随着改革开放的大潮涌进我国,立即在中国企业界引起浓厚的兴趣,产生强烈的反响,引起社会的广泛关注。在企业文化建设的实践中,涌现了上海“锦江模式”、北京“四通模式”等企业文化建设的成功典型。国外经济界人士指出:企业文化建设是继第三次浪潮(信息潮)冲击后,面临的第四次浪潮。
As a new western management theory, corporate culture has accompanied the tide of reform and opening up into our country since the 1980s, and has immediately aroused strong interest in the Chinese business community. It has generated strong repercussions and aroused widespread concern in the society. In the practice of corporate culture construction, successful models such as the “Jinjiang model” in Shanghai and the “four-way model” in Beijing have emerged. Foreign economic figures pointed out that corporate culture construction is the fourth wave after the impact of the third wave (information tide).
