本文通过对生产多品种产品、以定购方式销售产品为主、市场需求季节性变化程度较明显的制造业企业的生产系统的分析,主要根据企业的订单情况即产品交货期限及数量的要求,根据企业的除订单之外的生产计划,根据以往原材料需求的历史规律,根据企业的生产过程,引入弹性概念,来解决原材料库存的控制问题,即建立原材料库存的弹性控制模型。最后本文对此模型进行了总结。
