1999年1月—8月,我室行胃镜检查1250例,发现食管肿块50例,经钳取病理组织证实,食管癌41例,溃疡4例,炎性息肉5例,现将50例患者的临床表现,肿块特征,病理结果报告如下。1.一般资料 本组50例中,男37例,女13例,年龄42—80岁,食管癌41例中以60—75岁居多,病程1月—20年,临床症状以吞咽困难,喉头异物感,食道疼痛及胸骨后不适为主,部分患者只能进流质饮食。
From January 1999 to August 1999, our department performed endoscopy 1250 and found 50 cases of esophageal mass. Confirmed by pathology, there were 41 cases of esophageal cancer, 4 cases of ulcer and 5 cases of inflammatory polyp. Clinical manifestations, mass characteristics, pathology results reported below. 1. General Information The group of 50 patients, 37 males and 13 females, aged 42-80 years, 41 cases of esophageal cancer in the majority of 60-75 years, duration of January to 20 years, the clinical symptoms of swallowing difficulties, larynx Foreign body sensation, esophageal pain and discomfort after the main breast, some patients can only enter the liquid diet.
