卫生纸产业已经清楚意识到了木材抽提物给纸机运行和产品质量所带来负面影响的严重性。过去,卫生纸厂商主要是采用添加化学助剂的方法来解决上述问题。这些化学助剂通常包括分散剂、固着剂、微囊剂、稳定剂和吸收剂,但是它们都无法从根本上解决树脂沉积所引发的问题。作为解决和控制卫生纸生产中木材抽提物问题的生物酶技术正在受到越来越多的关注。已经证实,生物酶在减少树脂沉积、控制腐浆、降低二次纤维中胶粘物含量、清洁纸机系统和纤维改性上的效果明显。
The tissue industry is well aware of the severity of the negative impact of the operation and quality of the wood extract feeder. In the past, toilet paper manufacturers mainly used the method of adding chemical additives to solve the above problems. These chemical aids usually include dispersants, fixatives, microcapsules, stabilizers and absorbents, but none of them fundamentally solve the problems caused by resin deposition. As an enzyme solution to solve and control the problem of wood extract in the production of toilet paper, more and more attention is paid to it. It has been demonstrated that the effectiveness of the enzyme in reducing resin deposition, controlling slurries, reducing the amount of stickies in secondary fibers, cleaning the paper machine system, and fiber modification has been demonstrated.
