采用荧光分光光度计对《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2006)中所规定的53种有机污染物的水溶液进行三维荧光扫描,发现其中18种有机物能够发出荧光。在一定浓度范围内,荧光峰值与溶液浓度呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数r2均大于0.9,可用于定量分析,而且这些有机物都有自己的荧光峰位置。因此可以通过有机物的三维荧光特性来快速分析水体中这些有机的污染情况,这些有机物的荧光特性与其所具有的官能团有关。
A fluorescence spectrophotometer was used to carry out three-dimensional fluorescence scanning of 53 kinds of organic pollutants in aqueous solution stipulated in “Sanitary Standard for Domestic Drinking Water” (GB5749-2006), and 18 kinds of organic substances were found to fluoresce. In a certain concentration range, the fluorescence peak and the solution concentration showed a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient r2 are greater than 0.9, can be used for quantitative analysis, and these organic have their own fluorescence peak position. Therefore, the three-dimensional fluorescence characteristics of organic matter can be used to rapidly analyze these organic contaminants in water. The fluorescence characteristics of these organic compounds are related to the functional groups they possess.
