临床路径是指针对某一疾病建立的一套标准化治疗模式与治疗程序。其以循证医学证据和指南为指导,促进治疗及疾病管理,最终达到规范医疗行为、降低成本和提高质量的目的。本文结合某医院妇产科自然分娩及计划性剖宫产临床路径管理的实践,分析了在实施过程中存在的问题,提出了根据实际情况进行调整、建立必要的督导机构、加强人员岗前培训和科室协作、建立与临床路径相关的绩效奖惩制度,以及建立完善临床信息集成系统和变异信息收集系统等对策。
The clinical pathway refers to a standardized set of treatment modalities and treatment programs established for a given disease.
