我们用自制复方磺胺嘧啶锌泡腾胶囊治疗宫颈糜烂37例(年龄20～50岁),获得满意疗效。 1.药物配制法:将磺胺嘧啶锌15g、磺胺嘧啶铜1.5g、甲硝唑0. 6g研细、混匀,于80℃充分干燥,再与碳酸氢钠6.5g研细混匀得科Ⅰ。另取硼酸4.75g、内檬酸5.5g粉碎混合过80目筛,然后于80℃充分干燥得料Ⅱ。将以上两料混匀装胶囊100个,密闭,干燥处贮存。
