引入项目管理和风险管理理论,对我国电网项目风险进行了理论和实证相结合、定性分析和定量计算相结合的研究,建立了风险评价指标体系。运用层次分析法确定了各风险指标的权重,明确了当前电网项目总体风险的防范重点,综合运用模糊综合评判法,以110 kV城中输变电项目为实例进行了风险评价。
The introduction of project management and risk management theory, the risk of China’s power grid project conducted a combination of theoretical and empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation of a combination of research, the establishment of a risk evaluation index system. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) has determined the weight of each risk index, clarified the key points to prevent the overall risk of the current power grid project, and carried out the risk assessment using the 110 kV urban power transmission and transformation project as an example by synthetically using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
