利用热压烧结法制备了磁性磨粒,并研究了烧结温度、烧结压力和保温时间对磁性磨粒硬度的影响。结果表明:随着烧结温度的升高,磁性磨粒试样硬度迅速提高,达到1 100℃后开始下降;随着烧结压力的增大,保温时间的增加,磁性磨粒试样硬度均呈现出先增长后稳定的趋势。在烧结温度为1 100℃,烧结压力为50MPa,保温时间为30min的条件下可制备出硬度为HV300~HV310的磁性磨粒。
Magnetic abrasive grains were prepared by hot pressing method. The effects of sintering temperature, sintering pressure and holding time on the hardness of magnetic abrasive grains were studied. The results show that with the increase of sintering temperature, the hardness of magnetic abrasive grains increases rapidly and reaches a value of 1 100 ℃, then decreases. With the increase of sintering pressure and holding time, the hardness of magnetic abrasive grains shows the first After the steady growth trend. The hardness of HV300 ~ HV310 magnetic abrasive grains can be prepared under the conditions of sintering temperature of 1 100 ℃, sintering pressure of 50MPa, holding time of 30min.
