目的:通过35例新生儿泪囊炎泪道探通,使新生儿泪道保持通畅。方法:在无菌技术操作下行泪道探通。结果:全部新生儿泪道保持通畅,术后随访6个月,无一例粘连复发。结论:泪道探通是治疗新生儿泪囊炎最有效的方法。
Objective: Through 35 cases of neonatal dacryocystitis lacrimal duct exploration, so that neonatal lacrimal duct patency. Methods: Operation of sterile lacrimal duct probing down. Results: All newborn lacrimal duct remained unobstructed. All the patients were followed up for 6 months without any adhesions recurrence. Conclusion: Prolactin is the most effective way to treat neonatal dacryocystitis.
