利用慢应变速率试验（ＳＳＲＴ）等方法研究了Ｐ５和ＳＲＥ稀土转化膜处理对ＬＣ４铝合金在３．５％ＮａＣｌ溶液中的应力腐蚀行为的影响。Ｐ５和ＳＲＥ工艺对ＬＣ４合金的应力腐蚀有一定抑制作用，ＳＲＥ处理液对ＳＣＣ有缓蚀效果。
The effects of P5 and SRE rare earth conversion coating on the stress corrosion cracking behavior of LC4 aluminum alloy in 3.5% NaCl solution were investigated by slow strain rate test (SSRT). P5 and SRE process LC4 alloy stress corrosion have a certain inhibitory effect, SRE treatment of SCC corrosion inhibition.
