本文从居民消费周期的视角对北京市居民消费进行分析,并与居民消费价格指数和地区生产总值的波动性进行横向比较,研究发现:一是近十年北京市居民对物价变化的敏感度提高了;二是居民消费和物价具有明显的反向性;三是居民消费对北京市经济增长的影响作用相对较小,所占比重相对较低。居民消费波动未来两年可能继续在小幅波动中下降,为以后的扩张阶段完成波谷的筑底。本文还提出了一些促进居民消费的对策建议。 In this paper, we analyze the consumption of residents in Beijing from the perspective of residents’ consumption cycle, and make a horizontal comparison with the consumer price index and the volatility of GDP. The study finds that: First, the sensitivity of residents in Beijing in the past ten years to price changes The second is that household consumption and prices have obvious reversal. Third, the influence of resident consumption on economic growth in Beijing is relatively small and the proportion is relatively low. Residents consumption fluctuations in the next two years may continue to decline in small fluctuations, the completion of the trough for the expansion phase of the bottom. This article also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting residents’ consumption.
