2014年交通运输工作的总体要求是:全面贯彻落实党的十八大、十八届二中、三中全会和中央经济工作会议精神,坚持稳中求进工作总基调,把改革创新贯穿于加快“四个交通”(综合交通、智慧交通、绿色交通、平安交通)发展的各个领域各个环节,始终坚持安全第一,加快转方式调结构,着力提质增效升级,着力提升运输服务质量,着力推进综合交通运输体系发展,着力服务民生改善,实现交通运输持续健康发展。
