水利电力部松辽水利委员会第五次委员会会议1986年3月11日至14日在长春召开。松辽水利委员会委员和代表参加了会议。会议还邀请了辽宁、吉林、黑龙江和内蒙古四省(区)水利(水电)厅(局)、省(区)水利(水电)勘测设计院、各省(区)流域规划领导(协调小组办公室的负责同志参加会议。国家计划委员会国土局刘善建总工程师到会指导,并在闭幕大会上讲了话。参加会议的代表共57人。
Ministry of Water Conservancy and Electric Power Song Liao Water Resources Commission Fifth Committee meeting March 11, 1986 to 14 held in Changchun. Songliao Water Resources Commission members and representatives attended the meeting. The meeting also invited Liaoning Province, Jilin Province, Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia provinces (autonomous regions) water conservancy (hydropower) Office (bureau), the provincial (district) Water Conservancy and Hydropower Survey and Design Institute, the provincial (district) basin planning and leadership (Coordination Group Office Comrade Liu Shanjian, chief engineer of the Land Planning Bureau of the State Planning Commission, attended the meeting and made a speech at the closing ceremony, with a total of 57 delegates attending the meeting.
