黄河三盛公水利枢纽是一座以灌溉、防洪为主 ,兼有发电效益的大型水利工程。堰闸测流试验利用工程永久性建筑形成的水流稳定可靠的边界条件 ,根据实际闸型和流态 ,分析影响过闸流量的各种水力因素 ,选择适当的水力学公式 ,用实际流量反推出流量系数 ,建立流量系数与主要相关因素的关系曲线 ,以推求过闸流量。堰闸测流简化了复杂的流量测验过程 ,以模式化、单值化的形式为实现自动化遥测遥控创造了有利条件 ,奠定了良好的基础
