目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取慢性胃炎患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组给予常规西药四联治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药益胃汤,2周后比较疗效。结果两组在临床痊愈率、显效率、有效率及总有效率方面有显著性差异,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论中西医结合用于慢性胃炎的治疗,可明显改善临床效果,缩短疗程,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods Sixty patients with chronic gastritis were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases each. The control group was given conventional western medicine quadruple therapy, and the treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine Yiwei Decoction on the basis of the control group, and the curative effect was compared after two weeks. Results The clinical cure rate, effective rate, effective rate and total effective rate of two groups were significantly different, the treatment group than the control group. Conclusion Integrative Chinese and Western medicine for the treatment of chronic gastritis can significantly improve clinical outcomes, shorten the course of treatment and improve the quality of life of patients.
