目的探讨机械通气时呼吸机模式及参数的调整在危重症手足口病患儿中的应用。方法对38例危重症手足口病患儿给予常规治疗的同时,应用瑞士HAMILTON-C2呼吸机采用同步间歇指令通气+压力支持(SIMV+PSV)模式,无自主呼吸及严重肺出血时应用压力控制模式(PCV)选用适当的呼吸机参数进行机械通气。结果 38例危重症手足口病患儿,33例成功脱机治愈出院,5例放弃治疗自动出院,0例死亡。结论早期机械通气选用适当的呼吸机模式及参数治疗危重症手足口病安全有效,有利于其渡过危险期
Objective To investigate the application of ventilator mode and parameter adjustment during mechanical ventilation in critically ill children with hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods Thirty-eight children with critical HFMD were given routine treatment. Simultaneous intermittent mandatory ventilation and pressure support (SIMV + PSV) were used in HAMILTON-C2 ventilator in Switzerland. Pressure control was performed without spontaneous breathing and severe pulmonary hemorrhage Mode (PCV) Use appropriate ventilator parameters for mechanical ventilation. Results 38 cases of critically ill hand-foot-mouth disease in children, 33 cases were successfully discharged off-line, 5 cases were abandoned and discharged automatically, 0 cases died. Conclusion Early mechanical ventilation using appropriate ventilator models and parameters in the treatment of critically ill hand-foot-mouth disease is safe and effective, which is conducive to its passing through the dangerous period
