目的:建立用铕离子荧光探针测定多西环素(DC)含量的方法。方法:以荧光强度为指标,分别考察Eu~(3+)、十二烷基磺酸钠溶液(SDS)、pH以及不同溶液加入顺序对DC荧光强度的影响,确定最优的试验条件后,建立线性回归方程,测定盐酸多西环素片的含量。结果:最优试验条件为依次加入0.8 ml的7.4 mol-L~(-1)SDS、1.0 ml的5.9 mol·L~(-1)Eu~(3+)溶液、2 ml pH=7.70的Tris-HCl缓冲溶液和2.0 ml的DC溶液;线性方程为F=-45.5+191.2C,r=0.998 6,平均回收率为100.0%,RSD为2.0%。结论:该方法可用于片剂中多西环素的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of doxycycline (DC) with europium ion fluorescent probe. Methods: Fluorescence intensity was taken as an indicator to study the effects of Eu 3+, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), pH and the order of addition of different solutions on the fluorescence intensity of DC. After determining the optimal experimental conditions, A linear regression equation was established to determine the content of doxycycline hyclate. Results: The optimum conditions were as follows: adding 0.8 ml of 7.4 mol-L -1 SDS, 1.0 ml of 5.9 mol·L -1 Eu 3+ solution, 2 ml Tris of pH = 7.70 -HCl buffer solution and 2.0 ml of DC solution; the linear equation was F = -45.5 + 191.2C, r = 0.998 6, the average recovery was 100.0% and the RSD was 2.0%. Conclusion: This method can be used for the determination of doxycycline in tablets.
