中西语言与思想的差异使得中西之间的哲理思想翻译面临着不可译性,这样翻译必然包含着某种解释,翻译的局限也提醒我们重新认识翻译的意义。从不可译出发,德国汉学家顾彬强调了以目的语为目标的归化翻译,归化翻译强调了误译的合理性,但从将翻译作为更新自身文化的意义来说,顾彬的归化翻译立场就面临着困境。从汉学作为丰富西方思想资源的目的来看,异化翻译应该成为一种重要的翻译原则进入到汉学家的翻译中,以矫正目前汉学翻译中归化翻译占据主导地位的状况。
The differences between Chinese and western languages and thoughts make the translation of philosophical thoughts between China and the West incline to untranslatability, so the translation necessarily contains some explanation. The limitation of translation also reminds us to re-understand the meaning of translation. From an untranslatability, the German sinologist Gu Bin emphasized domestication translation aiming at the target language. Domestication translation emphasizes the rationality of mistranslation, but from the point of view of the translation as the meaning of renewing one’s own culture, The translation position is facing difficulties. From the perspective of sinology as a source of enriching Western ideas, alienated translation should become an important principle of translation into the translator’s interpretation of sinologists in order to correct the current situation of domestication translation in the present Chinese translation.
