随着国民经济的迅速发展,科技在经济建设中所起的作用愈来愈被人们所重视。探索科技与经济结合的方式更是地方政府与科技界所关心和致力的问题。改革开放以来,为了促进科技与经济的结合,沈阳市政府与中科院沈阳分院开展了多种形式的合作,各种合作在不同的阶段都发挥了积极作用。
With the rapid development of the national economy, the role played by science and technology in economic construction has drawn increasing attention. The way to explore the combination of technology and economy is even more a matter of concern and dedication to the local government and the scientific and technological community. Since the reform and opening up, in order to promote the integration of science and technology with the economy, the Shenyang municipal government has conducted various forms of cooperation with the Shenyang Branch of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Various kinds of cooperation have played a positive role in different stages.
