恶性纤维组织细胞瘤是一种较为常见的软组织肉瘤 ,1 980年 1月至 1 998年 3月我院诊治 2 4例 ,其中 1 3例病人术后肿瘤复发 ,作者对这 1 3例病人进行了进一步治疗和随访 ,认为扩大切除术是治疗肢体软组织恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的主要方法 ,局部复发肿瘤行保肢手术治疗仍可获得满意
Malignant fibrous histiocytoma is a relatively common soft tissue sarcoma. From January 1980 to March 1998, 24 cases were diagnosed and treated in our hospital. Tumor recurrence was found in 13 cases of the patients after operation. The authors conducted these 13 patients For further treatment and follow-up, that the expansion of excision is the treatment of limb soft tissue malignant fibrous histiocytoma, the main method of local recurrence of tumor limb salvage surgery can still be satisfied
