采用文献资料法,研究了体育保险与北京2008年奥运风险转移。分析发现:较为完善的险种,健全的体育保险法规和监督体制,以及有广泛的承保源是西方体育保险的发展特点;保险行业的介入为奥运风险的分散和转移提供了良好的途径。最后,对奥运风险存在的特点和奥运保险的国际通行做法进行了比较分析,并在此基础上提出应奥运风险构建北京2008年奥运风险转移模式。
Using literature review, this paper studies the relationship between sports insurance and Beijing 2008 Olympic Games risk transfer. The analysis shows that: the more perfect insurance, the perfect sports insurance regulation and supervision system and the extensive coverage are the characteristics of the development of western sports insurance. The intervention of the insurance industry provides a good way for the dispersion and transfer of the Olympic risks. Finally, the paper analyzes the existing characteristics of the Olympic Games and the international practices of the Olympic insurance. On this basis, it proposes that the 2008 Olympic Games risk transfer mode should be constructed according to the Olympic risks.
