食用胶体的功能随着产品多样化市场的需求正在不断被开发和挖掘,胶体除了广泛性的增稠,乳化,悬浮,稳定功能外,其实它还具有粘合的功能。粘合功能不是第一次出现,但是随着食品产业的发展,竞争差异化需求日益明显,胶体的粘合功能越来越被重视。而TIC胶体公司作为美国最大的亲水性胶体公司,在近期推出了极有创意的以粘合为卖点的拳头产品——Add-HereTM(易得粘TM),该产品的概念是空前的,今天它席卷了中国的美味正式与我们见面了。TIC胶体是一家致力于研发和生产食品及药品结构稳定剂的百年企业,是全球最大的胶体应用和供应商之一,在美国拥有多个水溶性胶体专用技术,同时拥有胶体领域的大量技术方法组合。其全资子公司香港海安控股有限公司广州代表处自2008年开业以来,一直从事美国总公司TIC胶体的产品在亚太区的销售业务。本期我们访谈的嘉宾就是AddHereTM(易得粘TM)产品的推广负责人TIC胶体亚太区销售经理郭旭波先生。
