2011年11月12日台湾台中市摄影学会赴大陆摄影采风团一行9人,前往内蒙古坝上草原进行为期数天的摄影艺术创作。随后专程来北京走访了《海峡影艺》杂志社北京编辑部,《海峡影艺》杂志社执行主编付欣,代表吴其萃社长热情接待了台湾摄影同行,并向台湾朋友赠送了《海峡影艺》杂志。在此期间,就两地摄影艺术交流达成了许多共识,并在北京编辑部的摄影棚共同进行了摄影艺术创作活动。
November 12, 2011 Taiwan Taichung City Photographic Society went to the Mainland for a group of nine people and went to the grassland on the dam in Inner Mongolia for a few days of photographic art. Later, he made a special trip to Beijing to visit the Editorial Office of Strait Film and Television magazine and the executive editor of Strait Film and TV Art Magazine. On behalf of President Wu Qizhu, he warmly received Taiwan’s photography colleagues and gave Taiwan friends a gift of " Film Arts magazine. During this period, we reached a lot of consensus on the exchange of photographic arts between the two places and jointly conducted photographic art creation activities in the studio of Beijing’s editorial department.
